Wine Grape Varieties
Glera
Glera is a white grape variety originating in Italy.
A little over a decade ago, this grape variety was registered under the name Prosecco in Italy. However, as the name Prosecco came to be used as the PDO designation for the region (and its products), the grape variety is now referred to as Glera.
