Enfarine Noir is a black grape variety with Gouais blanc (Heunisch Weiss) as one of its parents, which has been cultivated for centuries in the Jura region of France. It is recognized as an accessory variety in AOC Côtes du Jura and AOC Arbois, though it is now scarcely cultivated.
