Dehesa del Carrizal is a "Vino de Pago" located in Castilla-La Mancha, with a vineyard of approximately 26.28 hectares at an altitude of 800 meters. The grape ripening period is long, and in extreme years, it can take up to 60 days from véraison to harvest. Additionally, the significant difference between day and night temperatures helps preserve the grape’s acidity.
